Job Overview:

To assist with compiling computers at IT storage, installing operating system, apps and trouble shoot computer hardware and network.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Unboxing and installing new computer

• Change laptop battery

• Organizing computer, cabling and accessories

• Compiling obsolete computer

• Assist user for minor hardware issue and standard apps

• Assist user to identify the right issue for the right IT support at all work required

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• 1 years completed towards B.S. Computer Engineering

• Computer literate on Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, email and internet access
