Job Overview:

The Planning Administrator has established Planning Administrator skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities. They can recognize and solve typical Project Controls problems with limited supervisory approval. They are tasked with evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Their work directly impacts their team through the quality of the services or information provided.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Understand contract requirements, planning, and reporting requirements

  • Setup and maintain a reporting system for multi-million-dollar construction projects

  • Responsible for the report and administration of planning tasks on a large project

  • Coordinate and manage the project reports

  • Promptly notify the Project Controls Manager and Lead Planner of issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • High School Diploma

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred

  • 1 to 3 years in the Energy Industry

  • Experienced Professional with practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through on-the-job experience

  • Competent in the use of all Microsoft office tools, with expert use of Excel
